Cancellations/Refunds
Services cannot be cancelled without a cancellation approval issued by a Blueweb Customer Service Representative.Cancellation requests must be received in writing within 48 hours after contracts are signed. cancellations after 48 hours are subject to a 5% late cancellation fee. Custom and special orders cannot be cancelled if in process by Bluweb. All requests to cancel services must be made to Blueweb with the following information (Which ever applicable) :
- Account number
- Invoice and purchase order number
- Specific reason for the cancellation request
